Answer:
Copy the code of the layout you want.
Then click the link that says Look & Feel,
which is on the left side of your xanga.
Then Paste the code in your Custom Header.
No, you do not need premuim for a layout.

(The header are the blinkes and banners.)
How do I get it at the top of the page?

Answer:
Make sure you put your layout code in the
Custom Header of your Look & Feel Section.

What is a jocker?

Answer:
A jocker is someone who steals my layouts
without giving me credit or asking me for permission.
If you find a jocker, let me know ASAP.

How do I hide the Search Bar at the top of my page?

Answer:
To hide the Search Bar, go to your Look & Feel Section.
Then scroll down & in the middle of the page it has a
dropdown list that has "Show Search Bar" and
"Hide Search Bar." Click "Hide Search Bar."
